Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation window

You can cancel by phone or message up to 24 hours before your session without any fee. If you notify us later, you may be charged only for the equipment already purchased on your behalf, as stated in the written quote.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free of charge. We will find you the very next available running slot within one business day.

3. Refund cases

The full amount is refunded in the event of a cancellation on our part, if we are unable to hold the agreed training sessions, or if the service differs from what was specified in the offer and cannot be immediately rectified.

• Cancellations made at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled time incur no fee, and the workout is rescheduled to a new date.
• In cases of extreme weather conditions in Chania (severe storm, prohibitive heatwave), the workout is postponed without any financial charge.
• If a monthly package has been prepaid and the trainee is unable to continue due to documented medical reasons, the fee for unused sessions is refunded.
• Last-minute cancellations within two hours of the appointment are considered completed sessions.

4. Refund request process

1. Notify us by phone or text message at least twenty-four hours before the appointment.
2. We mutually agree on a new day and time within the next seven days.
3. If you are entitled to a refund, provide your bank account details (IBAN) for direct deposit.

5. Timeline

Any refunds are processed via bank wire within five business days from the approval of the request.
