These terms govern the provision of running and breathing coaching services by Alonora to its clients. By booking any session, you accept the following terms without reservation.
1. Contracting parties and scope of services
The business Alonora, based at 51 Apokoronou Street in Chania, provides physical education guidance, running training, and breath control coaching. The services do not constitute medical care, physical therapy, or disease diagnosis. The client confirms they have the necessary medical clearance for physical exercise.
2. Bookings and appointment confirmation
Bookings for individual or group workouts are made by phone or via the website contact form. Each booking is considered valid only after explicit confirmation on our part by text or call, specifying the exact location and start time.
3. Session execution and venue access
Workouts are conducted in public outdoor spaces, municipal stadiums, or coastal areas of Chania. The client must arrive on time in appropriate athletic attire. In case of adverse weather conditions, the coach reserves the right to modify the route or postpone the session for safety reasons.
4. Pricing, post-session payment, and invoicing
Fees are set in the current price list and communicated in advance. Payment is made either in cash immediately upon completion of the session or by bank transfer within three business days, based on the issued receipt or invoice. Cards, POS terminals, and online payment links are not accepted.
5. Cancellations and schedule changes
Any session change or cancellation must be communicated at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the business reserves the right to charge the session fee, as dedicated time and scheduling have been reserved.
6. Liability, insurance, and complaint handling
The athlete bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the health information they provide. Alonora accepts no liability for injuries resulting from the concealment of health conditions or failure to follow the coach's instructions. Any complaints must be submitted in writing and are examined in good faith within four business days.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute or disagreement that may arise from the provision of services and cannot be settled amicably, the courts of Chania, Crete have exclusive jurisdiction.
